Sho Tank Aquariums Return Policy and Procedures
Sho Tank Aquariums will accept returns on unused hard goods for a period of 15 Days.
The following conditions apply to returns:
· Goods must be unused and must include all documentation and original packaging
· You must contact Sho Tank Aquariums via email: info@shotankaquariums.com prior to returning goods to request an RMA and call tags.
· Customer is responsible for any costs incurred for returning goods to Sho Tank Aquariums unless the following conditions are met:
o Item is received damaged
o Item is defective
o Item received is not the item ordered
· Tanks and custom equipment are not returnable
You may return goods free of charge by bringing it directly to our store located at:
433 N. Lake Street,
Mundelein, IL 60060
Hours of operation:
Monday: 1pm – 8pm
Wednesday: 1pm – 8pm
Friday: 1pm – 8pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10am – 6pm
We are closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays
